This comprehensive course is for current field training officers (FTOs) as well as those aspiring to step into the role. Through a combination of lecture-based instruction and scenario-driven exercises, participants explore the key responsibilities and expectations of FTOs within a law enforcement agency. The course emphasizes the critical role FTOs play in shaping the next generation of law enforcement professionals.
