STOP Domestic Violence

Funded by TN OCJP and in partnership with TACP, this four-day course (32 hours P.O.S.T. approved) will cover a wide variety of topics concerning domestic violence investigations. It will improve law enforcement officers’ response to and prosecution of domestic violence cases. Topic material will include assessing lethality, law review, victim interviewing, high profile offenders, sexual assault, dual arrest, strangulation, coordinated community response, courtroom testimony, witness intimidation, and much more.  This course is  FREE to all law enforcement and domestic violence professionals.
