Cultural Competency for Law Enforcement

This class allows participants to explore the evolving role of law enforcement in a rapidly changing, diverse society.  This course aims to assist law enforcement professionals to look at things like bias, cultural diversity, decision-making, ethics, and de-escalation.  Highly skilled facilitators create a safe space to engage in conversations where participants are asked to challenge their assumptions and broaden their self-awareness.
