Course Details

This course helps department instructors develop a better understanding of their roles, accountabilities and skills in the classroom. Instructors learn curriculum development and classroom mechanics, leading to more effective training deliveries.

The course equips participants with essential skills for creating and delivering effective training. The course covers the key phases of instructional design and presentation. Students learn how to assess training needs, write clear goals and objectives, develop lesson plans and materials, and implement instruction. Participants also learn how to evaluate training effectiveness through testing and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in their teaching methods.
