Course Details
This course assists new and seasoned supervisors by enhancing self-awareness of their leadership style, communication style and emotional intelligence level.
Students learn the importance of flexible leadership based on the development levels and communication styles of the people they supervise.
This training increases the emotional intelligence resilience needed for the roles and responsibilities of today's leaders who supervise a multi-generational workforce.
Cost: $325
Municipal and county law enforcement agencies in Tennessee’s distressed, at-risk or rural counties can request to have registration fees funded through LEIC’s DARRT Initiative.
